1. Information We Collect
To provide you with the best campus experience, we collect specific information upon registration, including your Email Address, Username, and Avatar. We also securely track app-specific activity data (such as XP, Aura points, and Streaks) to maintain your rank on the campus leaderboard.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is strictly used to authenticate your account, personalize your dashboard, and ensure smooth app performance. We utilize secure local caching on your device to ensure the app runs at a blazing fast 120fps. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third-party marketing or advertising agencies.
3. Ghost Protocol & Anonymity
When you utilize the 'Ghost Protocol' feature, your identity is completely masked. We actively strip your user ID and metadata from ghost messages in the public feed, ensuring a truly safe and anonymous environment for campus confessions and discussions.
4. Third-Party Services
AirSpace integrates with secure, industry-standard third-party services. We use Supabase for end-to-end encrypted real-time database management and authentication. We also utilize SoundCloud APIs strictly for music streaming purposes. These providers are bound by strict data security laws.
5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
You have full control over your data. If you wish to permanently delete your account, wipe your data from our servers, or request a data export, you can do so directly within the app settings or by contacting our support team. Upon a deletion request, all personal data is immediately and irreversibly purged from our active databases.
6. Children's Privacy
AirSpace is a university campus application and is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
